Customer-Requested Enhancements

Based upon feedback received from prospective customers considering to purchase a paid subscription, their operations model had changed from being community / social oriented to being educational/curriculum oriented. The system had been primarily focused on a community / social model.

Challenge

  • Introduce new capabilities to support customers using the newer educational / curriculum model, as well as customers still using the community / social model.

Solution

  • From comparing workflows and example documents (forms & reports) provided by potential customers, identified that the two models were similar but used different terminology. Added configuration options.
  • Although, two key differences were discovered, decided to design as add-on extensions to work in conjunction with existing functionality.
